About the Role
As a Program Coordinator, you will support cross-functional initiatives and releases by maintaining accurate project information, tracking deadlines and dependencies, and ensuring clear communication across teams. You will facilitate key meetings, document decisions and action items, prepare status reports, and escalate risks that may affect delivery timelines or quality.

Responsibilities

- Regularly collect and consolidate information on task and initiative progress
- Review statuses for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Keep JIRA structures, tasks, timelines, ownership, and dependencies up to date
- Maintain key program and project artifacts in Confluence
- Identify deviations from agreed plans and initiate corrective follow-up actions
