RoleHandbag Designer (Freelance) At ALOHAS, we are looking for a freelance designer to lead the creation of our handbag collections, blending creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship. This is a unique opportunity to shape our product offering and bring your vision to life in alignment with our brand DNA.
Your challenge
- Lead and oversee the entire handbag design process from concept to final sample, ensuring designs align with ALOHAS’ vision and market trends.




- Research and integrate new materials, textures, and sustainable innovations to create trend-forward and high-quality handbag designs.
- Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure feasibility, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines.
- Develop detailed sketches, tech packs, and CAD drawings, clearly communicating design intentions to sample makers and manufacturers.
- Conduct trend analysis and competitor research to anticipate customer preferences and incorporate insights into the design process.
- Drive seasonal storytelling and design themes that align with ALOHAS’ brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency to deliver high-quality handbag concepts on time.
