EdgeTier is looking for a Staff Software Engineer who wants to do some of the best work of their career. This is a senior hands-on role within our backend team with real ownership. You'll be the person others look to when a problem is ambiguous, a decision is high-stakes, or a standard needs setting.
The way we build software is evolving. AI coding agents are part of our everyday workflow, and we're looking for someone who knows how to direct, review, and get the best out of those tools; not someone who treats them as a shortcut. We care about the quality of the output, not just the speed of it.
