Across these areas, the Regional Travel Lead acts as the primary regional consolidation and feedback layer between global ownership and local implementation environments.The role does not own the global directive framework, global business application ownership,



technical system administration, or operational execution in GBS. Instead, it consolidates country input, supports local applicability and adoption of approved changes, and escalates material deviations, risks, and exceptions through defined governance paths.Key ResponsibilitiesDirective Applicability and Country InputAssess and consolidate regional and local applicability requirements for global directives, governance decisions, and framework changesSupport local applicability assessment, including legal, tax, works council, compliance, and market-specific considerations, in coordination with the relevant country and functional stakeholdersConsolidate country input and provide structured regional feedback to support consistent interpretation and practical applicability of approved directives and governance decisionsConnect GBS, countries, regional stakeholders, and global owners by surfacing local
