BMC is seeking a proactive and creative Ecosystem Marketing Program Manager to build and run the scalable, repeatable programs that power our partner ecosystem — from agency-delivered “in-a-box” campaigns to the next generation of Impartner-hosted partner experiences.
This is a program-management and operations role at heart: you'll own the playbooks, the budget process, the enablement, and the cross-team coordination that make partner marketing consistent, measurable, and easy to adopt — across GSIs, ISVs, Hyperscalers, and VARs.



You'll also be the connective tissue between Marketing, Channel Ops, General Partner Ssales, and Revenue Marketing as we migrate agency-run programs onto our new Impartner Hub.

How YOU will contribute to BMC’s and your own success

Build and maintain scalable partner marketing programs aligned to our demand generation playbooks, so partners can execute proven campaigns without reinventing them.
Repurpose and adapt direct-marketing content and campaigns into partner-ready, “in-a-box” formats.
Continuously refine/refresh playbooks for partner program best practices, lead management, and campaign execution.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations on KPIs, metrics and analysis showing regular updates on ROI, outcomes and pivots.
