This role focuses on strategic HR leadership, governance, and oversight, ensuring consistency of people practices across countries while fully respecting local labor regulations and market specifics.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as an advisor to leadership across European regions on people‑related topics, including organizational design, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance and direction on complex employee relations topics, performance matters, and organizational challenges.




- Oversee talent development programs and support employee growth and leadership development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring alignment with regional guidelines and local market practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in Serbia and Spain through governance, policy definition, and oversight.
- Act as the escalation point for compliance‑related matters and employment risk mitigation.
- Develop partnerships with universities to create talent pipelines and internship programs. Participate in university career fairs and events to promote Centific as an employer of choice.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand in the European market.
