Job Description
Are you ready to take the next step in your IT career? We’re looking for a motivated and experienced service desk professional to take on a Team Leader role within our multilingual IT support team in Barcelona. You’ll split your time between providing high‑level IT support and guiding a team of Service Desk Engineers to deliver outstanding service.

Your Mission
As a Team Leader,



you’ll serve as a senior technical resource and informal coach to the team, helping to ensure smooth operations across 500+ sites in Europe. You’ll act as a point of escalation, support knowledge‑sharing, and collaborate with the Service Desk Manager on daily team coordination.

What You’ll Do

- Provide expert‑level 1st line IT support for users across Europe.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of issues involving:

- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Windows 10/11
- Identity & Access Management
- Printing and patching (desktop/server)
- Application triage and routing
- Assist in prioritizing and distributing incoming tickets.
- Act as a go‑to point for complex issues or user escalations.
- Support onboarding of new team members and drive knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to improving documentation and internal processes.
- Foster team engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
