What is our proposal?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to own and evolve one of Exoticca's most strategic customer-facing products: our website.

You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Exoticca's web experience,



ensuring it evolves to deliver measurable business outcomes while balancing customer value, commercial objectives and technical scalability.

You will be the strategic product partner for the CMO, shaping the vision and evolution of Exoticca's e-commerce experience. Rather than simply delivering features, you will define the product strategy and roadmap that enable the business to achieve its commercial objectives through the website.

Leading the eCommerce & Martech Squads, you will work closely with Engineering, UX, Data and Business teams, leading product decisions through influence, turning customer insights and data into measurable business results.
