The Role




The Digital Product Manager ensures a deep understanding of key user‑facing products such as the VARG app and e‑commerce platform by engaging with external stakeholders and collaborating across internal teams. This role is pivotal in structuring projects and features, gathering diverse inputs, and making informed product decisions to drive smooth development and efficient workflows.
What You’ll Do
Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with external stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
Transform meetings into structured projects and actionable proposals.
Align key stakeholders in the product roadmaps.

Product Oversight

Maintain deep insight into IT’s main product’s development and purpose.
Monitor progress and track issues to ensure quality.

Workflow Analysis & Improvement

Oversee software development and IT‑supported business processes.
Propose creative improvements to boost efficiency.

Technical & Product Strategy

Coordinate with IT teams to align strategic goals with technical execution.
Supervise key deployment steps from data readiness to post‑deployment.
