We are seeking a talented and proactive Proposal Writer to join our growing team in Santander, Spain (also in Noordwijk, Netherlands). In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and delivery of compelling proposals for national and international agencies in the space technology sector. Acting as the central point of contact for proposal activities, you will work closely with multidisciplinary technical teams, management, and external partners to ensure timely submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitively positioned proposals.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for space technology, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into winning proposal strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end proposal process for national and international opportunities, from opportunity identification to final submission.
- Analyze tenders' documentation to extract requirements and define proposal strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical, commercial, and management inputs into a coherent, persuasive proposal.
- Establish proposal schedules, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all required documents.
- Prepare structured, compliant, and high-quality proposal content in alignment with customer requirements and company strategy.
- Facilitate internal reviews, version control, and approval processes for all proposal deliverables.
- Track, maintain, and report proposal pipeline progress to senior management.
