Allianz in a Pocket is Allianz's integral mobile app platform — a shared, modular solution providing customers with a single, consistent entry point to Allianz across markets. Built once and rolled out globally, the app is developed through a collaborative effort spanning multiple international teams. As Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end program delivery of the Allianz in a Pocket mobile app, orchestrating distributed build teams across Allianz Technology Thailand (front-end), Simplesurance in Berlin (integration layer), and the OE Allianz Technology teams. Based in Barcelona (or Madrid), you will drive delivery excellence across a complex, multi-vendor, multi-geography program. This role reports directly to the Head of CTO of the Global App.
What You Do

Lead the global build and OE roll-outs of the Mobile App Program, ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product owners, developers, designers, and QA specialists – including internal and external providers.




Manage and coordinate teams in Thailand, Germany and the OE, fostering collaboration and synergy.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the program's success, aligning with Allianz Technology's objectives.
Engage with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Utilize strong technical expertise to solve complex problems and optimize program delivery.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the program, leveraging industry best practices.

What You Bring

Proven experience leading large-scale, complex IT program deliveries in a multi-vendor, multi-geography environment.
Strong program management background with a technical foundation — able to engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture, integration, and delivery challenges.
Experience managing distributed teams across different time zones and cultures, with a track record of building high-
