We are looking for an exceptional New Business Director to lead the commercial growth of the company and help shape the next stage of our expansion.
The Role
The New Business Director will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of CA Sports through the generation, development and conversion of new business opportunities.
The primary mission of this role is to lead the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities and opening doors to negotiating and closing agreements with brands, rights holders and strategic partners.
The role will work in close collaboration with the Director of Strategy & New Business Proposals,



who leads the development of strategic recommendations and commercial proposals. The New Business Director will be responsible for ensuring alignment between client needs and agency solutions while driving the sales process through to successful conversion.
This position reports directly to the CEO and forms part of the Executive Committee.Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across brands, rights holders, institutions and sports properties.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities.
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Directors, CEOs and General Managers.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities for the agency.
- Create and execute action plans to achieve ambitious new business objectives.

Sales Leadership
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signature.
