Your role




As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll support customers and help create a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
- Answering questions and solving problems
- Providing information about products and services
- Handling customer requests efficiently and professionally
- Working with internal systems and digital tools
- Collaborating with colleagues from all over Europe

Requirements
You might be a great fit if you:
- Speak fluent Dutch
