Job description:
We are seeking a Deputy Technical Manager for the High-Voltage Components department.



The primary mission of this role is to support and substitute for the Laboratory Manager. Additionally, you will define and coordinate all technical actions required for developing and launching new dielectric models, ensuring their technical viability, client satisfaction, and business profitability. You will also act as a key technical advisor for international clients and the commercial department.

Responsibilities:
- Laboratory & Quality Management: direct and perform customer-facing testing according to international standards, evaluate supplier test reports, and guarantee the correct emission of internal results. Control the reception of key raw materials such as dielectrics, hardware, and cement. Supervise laboratory staff, and lead internal, external, and customer technical audits.
