where you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our packaging coatings portfolio through advanced testing, data analysis, and collaboration with commercial and technical teams.

About the role
- Ensure Lab Safety: Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment, following all safety protocols.
- Perform Advanced Testing: Conduct detailed chemical, physical, and performance analyses of packaging coatings using a range of analytical techniques (e.g., spectroscopy, chromatography, microscopy).
- Support Product Stewardship: Investigate product performance issues, raw material changes, and customer complaints through analytical testing and root cause analysis.
- Interpret & Report Data: Analyse complex datasets, generate clear reports, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with R&D;, Technical Service, Sales, and Marketing to support customer needs and ensure product quality and compliance.
