Job Overview
- As Country Development Manager,



you will take on a highly strategic and operational role to establish, drive, and scale the business in the Spanish market.
- Reporting to Corporate, your core mission will be to co-define, deploy, and execute the omnichannel growth strategy and Go-to-Market model from scratch, positioning the company as a leading brand in Spain across B2C and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Strategy, Go-to-Market & Brand Development:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Co-define and execute the Spanish Go-to-Market strategy aligned with market trends and Group orientations. Define product offerings, pricing policy, and commercial positioning.
- Omnichannel Deployment: Roll out a seamless omnichannel customer experience, driving synergies between physical hubs (showrooms/warehouses) and digital channels (e-commerce platform, CRM, and digital marketing).
- Brand Awareness & Growth: Act as the primary brand ambassador in Spain.
