⭐️ Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced backend engineer with a strong background in C# to join our rapidly growing .NET startup. As a member of our team, you’ll play a critical role in enabling teams across the organization to achieve operational efficiency and excellence. You’ll drive continuous improvements in shared tools, infrastructure, and practices that scale our development efforts.

⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows, enabling faster, safer development across the platform.




- Guide our transition to a microservices architecture by leading the migration of remaining monolithic components
- Ensure robust test coverage (unit and integration) for critical services to support continuous delivery and operational stability.
- Shape the platform’s architecture by actively participating in technical discussions and decision-making.
- Improve CI/CD artifacts to support squad efficiency and ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Apply best practices to refine existing code, making it more efficient, secure, and maintainable.
- Propose initiatives and design solutions to drive improvements within the squad, seeing them through to implementation.
- Improve our observability capabilities to support the continuity and health of the different platform’s domains.

- Minimum of 5 years in backend development with 2+ years in C# and .NET Core.
