As a structurer you are accountable for the transformation of client needs into transactable solutions. During your program, you will directly play a key role in various areas:
- Shape business opportunities to find the sweet spot between client needs, our risk appetite and our expected return.
- Identify and price some key risks; market, credit, regulation, operations,…
- Identify and assess all value pockets of business opportunities.
- Design and negotiate deals and contracts, in collaboration with legal and support teams.
- Work together with very diverse profiles (sales, traders, quants, risk managers, legal, etc.).
