TK Maxx (part of TJX Europe) is opening stores across Spain, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of our hiring journey.

What you'll be doing
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor,



you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment across Spain, partnering with hiring managers and the wider Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire great talent.
You'll:
- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns for our stores across Spain
- Manage candidate applications and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, hiring events and recruitment activities
- Build talent pools for current and future recruitment needs
- Create engaging recruitment content and support employer branding initiatives
- Provide market insights and recruitment updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues across our European Talent Acquisition team
