THE POSITION
As a Strategic Insights Analyst, you'll work closely with operational leaders and clients to solve operational challenges and drive growth. This is not a traditional reporting role — you'll combine data analysis,
commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement to deliver insights that drive action.
- Translate complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
- Partner with operational teams to solve customer, revenue and performance challenges
- Manage dashboards, data models and analyses that drive decision making
- Present insights and influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Identify trends, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
- Support experimentation, testing and innovation across venue operations
THE PERSON
We're looking for an outcome focused problem solver who enjoys working with people just as much as data.
- Experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, research or commercial roles
- Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using data to solve business problems and influence outcomes
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel and/or BI tools such as Power BI
- Curious, proactive and comf
