As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you’ll take ownership of affiliate growth within a rapidly scaling, international digital business.
You’ll manage and expand relationships with existing affiliates while identifying and recruiting high-value new partners to grow the network.
The role combines hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, relationship building, and strategic optimization.
You’ll use data to evaluate traffic, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale profitable acquisition.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll develop tailored affiliate funnels and continuously optimize the processes supporting partner performance.

You’ll have a direct impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth while working with a globally distributed team focused on scaling innovative digital products.

Accountabilities
- Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring partners receive timely communication, support, and the resources needed to perform effectively.
- Own the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program and alignment with operational requirements.
- Monitor affiliate performance across traffic, conversions, revenue, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
- Analyze affiliate results to identify performance gaps, optimization opportunities, and areas with potential for profitable scaling.
- Research, identify, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates and strategic business partners to expand the affiliate network.
