What you will do in this role
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email,



troubleshooting product issues and delivering timely, effective solutions.
- Guide customers through diagnostics, installations, maintenance, and product-related inquiries while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage escalations, replacement requests, and issue resolution from start to finish.
- Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners, helping them maximize product knowledge and performance.
- Monitor customer cases, prepare progress reports, and identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by providing proactive support and maintaining high service quality standards.

Your qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support environment.
- Native or fluent English and proficient Spanish.
- Background in cycling, mechatronics, mechanica
