We're looking for a hands-on Sales & BDR Enablement Specialist who is passionate about developing sales talent and driving measurable performance. This is not a programme management role. You'll be directly coaching, training and enabling our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), helping them build the skills, confidence and behaviours needed to succeed.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, you'll play a key role in improving onboarding, accelerating ramp-up, increasing productivity and embedding a high-performance sales culture across our global teams.
Main responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales training and coaching for BDRs and AEs across areas such as:
- Social selling and LinkedIn prospecting
- Cold outreach (phone, email and video)
- Discovery and qualification
- Objection handling and negotiation
- Demo delivery and presentation skills
