We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to support the CEO across the full spectrum of his professional and personal life. This is a trusted, right-hand role for someone who anticipates needs before they are voiced, protects the CEO’s time and energy, and makes his day run seamlessly. You will be based in Madrid, work closely and often in person with the CEO and his Chief of Staff, Alua.

How You'll Make an Impact

Calendar & Time Management
- Own and protect the CEO’s daily schedule; triage and prioritize competing demands.
- Coordinate meetings, calls,



and standups across Madrid, Miami, and Yerevan time zones.

Travel & Logistics
- Plan and book complex international travel: flights, hotels, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
- Manage airline/hotel loyalty programs.
- Handle visas, documents, and last-minute changes; anticipate disruptions and have a plan B ready.
- Build door-to-door itineraries that account for the CEO’s preferences and energy.

Personal & Household Support
- Support the CEO across the personal side of life: day-to-day logistics, appointments, and household matters while in Madrid.

Meetings, Events & Projects
- Coordinate events, dinners, and offsites; liaise with restaurants, venues, and hosts.
- Support attendance at conferences and network gatherings.

Administration & Confidentiality
- Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements; keep records tidy and audit-ready.
- Maintain highly confidential personal and business
