Role summary
The role reports into the Country General manager with a dotted line to Global Head of market access. The Pricing & Market Access Lead, Iberia is responsible for driving the strategy development and execution of the pricing and market access strategy from a pre- and post- product launch perspective, as well as life cycle management. The role plays a key part in the country leadership team for Iberia and is expected to be a key contributor to the Global Market Access network. This position will have indirect leadership over KAMs relating to access matters, and in collaboration with the Commercial Director.





These needs require the incumbent to work together with Medical Affairs and Commercial to ensure strong value communication to, and value appreciation by, national, regional and hospital level payer authorities. The incumbent is responsible for building strategic plans and projects for the access team to implement in the field including support materials, activity and event planning, budget management, account segmentation, tactical plans and priority product plans. A strong network of external contacts within Government and Payer authorities is expected to ensure that the team stays abreast of the developing public policy and technical requirements picture.
