Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Strategist to help a leading multinational FMCG client turn data, CRM and digital engagement into measurable business growth across both consumer and B2B ecosystems.
This role is adecuado for a senior digital marketer, CRM strategist, data consultant or customer experience expert who enjoys connecting marketing strategy, data, technology and performance. You do not need to be a technical data scientist:



what matters is the ability to understand business challenges, shape clear recommendations, and help teams activate data in a practical way.
You will act as a strategic partner to Digital, Marketing, CRM, CX, Analytics and Technology teams, helping them collect better data, design smarter journeys, personalize communications, measure impact and scale what works across markets.

Responsibilities
- Shape data-driven digital strategies across CRM, customer experience, audience activation, personalization and measurement.
- Turn business needs into clear recommendations, helping teams understand what data to collect, how to enrich it, how to use it and how to measure its value.
