MISSION
The Partners Director is responsible for leading the definition and execution of the Regional Strategy within the framework of GPM strategy and Brand Plans, ensuring business growth, partner management excellence, and cross‑functional alignment. As a key member of the GPM Leadership Team, the role acts as an ambassador of Almirall internally and externally, fostering collaboration, transparency, and strategic alignment across countries and partners.

GPM Leadership & Representation




- As a member of the GPM Leadership Team, contributes to overseeing the strategic, operational, and organizational direction of the GPM business.
- Act as an ambassador of Almirall and GPM.
- Act with generosity, responsibility, and transparency, thinking beyond their own function, prioritizing the common good of the organization. Support and challenge GPM peers constructively.

Regional Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of the Regional Plan, ensuring full alignment with GPM strategy and Brand Plans.
- Own the regional P&L;, delivering sales and EBITDA targets through rigorous performance monitoring and financial discipline, ensuring profitability by product and partner.
