In this Data Scientist role within People Analytics, you drive general analytics projects that inform Talent, Performance, and Culture decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end insights and predictive models that support workforce planning. Your work translates complex people data into impactful visuals and narratives for HR leaders. Responsabilidades
• Strong quantitative skills with experience working on large datasets
• Programming experience in R, Python, or MS Azure for analytics
• Practical ML/AI and NLP knowledge
• Understanding of SDLC and ETL processes in data projects
• Ability to craft narratives from complex data and deliver decision-ready insights
• Experience delivering end-to-end decision science solutions with consulting exposure
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field and proficient English communication
