About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI teams in transforming complex healthcare data into trusted insights — and to help train the AI systems that will power the next generation of clinical decision-making.
This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role built for senior healthcare analytics professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule.
Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical,
operational, and performance data to uncover trends, surface actionable insights, and support leadership decisions
Apply your healthcare domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to clinical analytics, data interpretation, and BI workflows
Ensure data quality and consistency across clinical, administrative, and operational datasets in regulated healthcare environments
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a strong command of business intelligence principles and tools
Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated environments
Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cl
