About the Role
The Associate – Multimedia – AV Specialist is part of the fast‑paced Multimedia department and is responsible for the technical maintenance and performance of 4 General Bridge immersive telepresence studios across Madrid, Barcelona, Boston and Chicago.

The position is both technical and service oriented. The candidate will need to be comfortable with troubleshooting live AV signal flows & documenting maintenance, as well as supporting internal and external clients directly with clear communication and timely response.
