In this role you will own the day-to-day operation of the enterprise Aruba LAN/WLAN estate, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. You will implement and continuously manage Aruba switching, controllers/APs, and ClearPass while guiding incident, problem, and change activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable network and collaboration services, drive service improvements, and align spend with demand. A strong security posture, governance, and clear stakeholder reporting underpin this opportunity, with general collaboration across time zones.

• Provide expert implementation and ongoing management for Aruba switching, wireless controllers/APs, ClearPass and related platforms
• Lead incident, problem,



and change activities for Network u0026 Collaboration services with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Support budget management for Network u0026 Collaboration services, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization
• Maintain asset lifecycle visibility (switching, wireless, licenses) and align renewals with demand and standards
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners to meet SLAs, escalate and restore services
• Support commercial activities (quotes, renewals, true-ups) and contribute to business cases
• Ensure network services comply with security policies and standards, maintaining documentation and baselines
• Support audits and remediation of findings with timely actions
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and site IT teams to deliver consistent services and a high-quality user experience
