About The RoleWhat if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Spain to participate in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.
This is a contract role for experienced voice talent who can deliver natural, authentic Castilian Spanish speech. Your recordings will help AI systems better understand real human conversation — making technology more human for everyone.
Important: This project does not involve voice cloning.



Your voice will be used solely to improve AI speech comprehension.
- Organisation: Alignerr
- Type: Contract
- Sessions: 2–3 sessions of 4 hours each
- Format: In-person professional recording studio (locally assigned within Spain)

What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding dialogue across a range of scenarios
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery as needed
- Bring authentic Castilian Spanish accent and natural speech patterns to every session

Who You Are
- Native or near-native Spanish (Spain) speaker with an authentic Castilian accent
- Experienced voice actor or voice-over artist comfortable in a studio setting
- Natural performer — you can make scripted dialogue sound genui
