What You'll Do

- Design and own the technical architecture of the Conversational AI platform and ecosystem, covering virtual assistants, agent assist tools, and agentic workflow automation across customer service channels
- Lead the technical integration and configuration of the Conversational AI platform and its supporting components
- Define and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and best practices for bot development, dialogue design,



GenAI integration, and API integrations across distributed development teams
- Act as the primary technical interface with platform vendors, evaluating roadmap features, managing escalations, and influencing product direction based on business needs
- Partner with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and Enterprise Architects to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Evaluate, integrate, and govern Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities within the Conversational AI stack — including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool/function calling, and safe deployment of generative AI features in regulated enterprise contexts
