Overview
We are looking for a Insights Analyst to join the Insights team within One Strategy at Publicis Groupe. Based in Barcelona, this role is focused on transforming audience, market, and behavioral data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the group.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a genuine curiosity about people and consumer behavior. Working closely with media, brand, and digital strategy teams, you will help develop a deeper understanding of audiences and their interactions across multiple touchpoints, contributing directly to more effective media and communication strategies.
