In this role, you will be at the forefront of the sales process, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling)
- Engage with Nordic‑speaking prospects and introduce company products/services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
- Research target accounts and key decision‑makers




- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies

Requirements
- Native or fluent in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal‑oriented with a passion for sales and business development
- Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
