Job Overview
The API Analyst supports the full lifecycle of customer-facing APIs, ensuring reliable operations, smooth onboarding of API users, and rapid resolution of technical issues. The role acts as a bridge between technical teams (APIGEE, Engineering, Architecture) and business/API Champions, providing both functional and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- API Troubleshooting & Support: handle technical issues, credential testing (creation and testing of POSTMAN collection), API testing & validation, regression and environment validations (Pre‑Prod, Non‑Prod),



identify and elevate inconsistencies between environments, validate performance and reliability.
- Customer & API Champion Support: serve as primary operational point of contact for API Champions and customer technical teams on onboarding, testing, interpreting errors, understanding API behavior, and resolving environment or platform issues.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintain support guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and test cases; document lessons learned, known issues, and best practices; contribute to functional analysis and small enhancements.
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: track recurring issues and propose improvements to API design, implementation, testing flows, or governance; support performance analysis and collaborate with Architecture and Product teams on enhancements, deprecations, and roadmap alignment.
