Your Tasks

- Own and further develop the HR systems landscape
- Analyze and automate HR processes and workflows
- Develop and maintain HR reporting and Power BI dashboards
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
- Lead HR technology and process improvement projects
- Ensure high-quality HR data and efficient end-to-end processes

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

- Several years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Process Excellence
- Experience with HR systems such as rexx or similar platformso
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools, ideally Power BI
- Strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI
- Fluent in English and German would be a plus
