We are looking for a Innovation Analyst Technician to join our Innovation team

What you’ll be rocking:

- Ensure Project Continuity: Take ownership of ongoing analytical projects to ensure a seamless transition and maintain momentum during the maternity leave coverage period.
- Analytical Leadership: Lead a team in the development, validation,



and optimization of innovative analytical methods, with a primary focus on the characterization of injectable formulations.
- Testing & Evaluation: Direct the planning and execution of complex analytical testing to evaluate new formulations, assess raw material suppliers, and conduct stability and degradation studies.
- Technology Advancement: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for analytical technology advancement, leveraging team expertise to introduce novel analytical techniques and improve lab efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Support: Drive the analytical characterization process from early-stage innovation through pilot scale, ensuring robust data delivery and seamless integration with the formulation (galenical) and process engineering teams.
- Method Transfer Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for facilitating analytical method transfers to both in-house Quality Control (QC) labs
