Key Responsibilities
- Act as the department's AI & Cloud Architecture SME, providing strategic leadership and expert guidance on AI (Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI) and Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Design, build, test, and optimize scalable AI and cloud architectures on Azure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient data processing, storage, and integration.
- Develop and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Databricks, and other cloud-native technologies to deliver high-value business outcomes.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate foundation models,



third-party AI services, and emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Establish and maintain best practices, governance frameworks, operating procedures, and documentation for AI, data, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership, support major initiatives, and champion AI adoption across all areas of the organization.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying current with advancements in AI, cloud computing, data engineering, and industry best practices.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including at least 2 years specializing in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI, data, and cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms.
