Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team. The idóneo candidate will have a track record of working on complex Data Centres large scale construction projects.
Job Objectives
- Lead the on site scheduling teamto review internal schedules, review contractor's schedules, analyse, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope change impacts or delay enabling early identification of risks
- Maintain and monitor master plan schedule
- Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule
- Lead the development of the tender requirements and contractual requirements, including contractual KPl's in relation to schedule accuracy, achievement of key milestones and timely submission of programmes for the Core Contracts
- Develop and manage the integrated work bre
