Responsibilities:

- Proactively track and monitor ongoing campaigns across all departments, actively engaging with teams to ensure accurate and timely information gathering.
- Develop engaging internal communications (e.g., newsletters, videowall content,



corporate emails for our general network) and external communications (e.g., LinkedIn posts, press releases, articles) based on gathered campaign insights.
- Monitor company news and employee‑related updates to propose and implement initiatives that foster inter‑departmental collaboration and enhance newsletter engagement.
- Manage employee interview processes, including script development, directing filmmakers, and overseeing post‑production.
- Execute and project manage diverse internal and external events (e.g., sponsorship activations on campus or external venues) based on provided briefings, acting as a pivotal coordinator for all teams, ensuring precise information flow, and guaranteeing flawless execution with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate and maintain fluid relationships with other agencies within the group to ensure comprehensive communication coverage and foster mutual visibility.
