We are looking for a high-energy, hunter sales leader to drive for an innovative company operating at the intersection of Healthcare, Technology, and AI-driven solutions for professionals and organizations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the go-to-market strategy across key countries in LATAM, identifying opportunities and defining market-entry priorities.
- Open and develop new business with large hospitals, healthcare groups, private networks, and insurance companies.
- Build and scale the regional sales organisation, including hiring, mentoring, and developing future team members.
- Establish strong relationships with C-level executives, department leaders, technical decision-makers, and procurement teams.
- Create and maintain a structured, high-quality sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting for leadership.
- Collaborate with product, marketing,



and customer success teams to deliver tailored value propositions for each market.
- Ensure successful participation in industry events, strategic presentations, and high-impact client meetings.
- Provide continuous market insights (competition, pricing, trends, regulatory factors) to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales within HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, insurance, or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience entering new markets, launching GTM strategies, or building business from scratch.
- Experience working with hospitals, insurance providers, healthcare systems, or large corporate buyers.
- Hunter mentality: strong ability to open doors, engage senior stakeholders, and close complex deals.
- Product-oriented mindset, capable of explaining and positioning technology-driven solutions.
