At Irizar Forge, a leading industrial forging company based in Gipuzkoa (Lazkao) and part of Royal Van Beest Group, we are seeking a Procurement Manager.The role sits within a highly international environment, supplying critical components to sectors such as oil & gas, wind energy, mining, and maritime industries.The position reports directly to the local Operations Director, with a functional reporting line to Corporate Procurement, reflecting both local responsibility and alignment with general strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the procurement team and collaborate cross-functionally (2 people).Negotiate complex contracts and manage supplier relationships.Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.Offering operational support to the team when necessary.Improve purchasing costs, product quality, and on-time delivery.Defining short-, medium-, and long-term plans, projects,
