The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Structural Engineer who is passionate about challenging design problems and has a strong interest in innovation, optimisation and high‑quality delivery.
As a Structural Engineer At Arup, You Will

- Deliver structural design calculations and packages for complex infrastructure projects
- Work closely with wider Arup teams and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated, high‑quality engineering solutions.
- Perform advanced structural and numerical analyses, producing calculations, drawings, specifications, and clear technical reports.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Contribute to technical excellence, digital innovation, and knowledge sharing within Arup’s global structures and bridges/civil structures community

- A Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- 3-6 years’ experience in structural design on medium to large-scale infrastructure projects, including underground structures.
- Experience in structural and numerical analysis using industry‑standard software.
- Solid engineering judgement with planning, organisational, and time‑management skills.
