Overview
This role is the financial and operational owner of Preply's B2B business. You'll build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high-velocity, compliant growth. The mandate spans Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal, with a strong bias toward automation, predictive analysis, and AI-enabled decision-making.
What you'll do
Strategic Finance & FP&A;

Partner with the VP Finance and Head of B2B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics
Build and own the B2B forecast model - pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash
Lead financial storytelling for B2B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy
Move FP&A; from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructure

GTM Operations

Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment
Own the deal desk - balancing growth, discounting discipline, and legal compliance




Build and maintain a KPI framework connecting pipeline health, bookings, margin, and cash

Legal, Contracting & Compliance

Formalize contracting, deal governance, and terms of service with Legal
Maintain the right contract entities across general markets for tax efficiency and compliance

Data & Tooling

Integrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems into a single source of truth for B2B reporting
Champion AI-native workflows - from prompt-driven analysis to automated data pipelines - to raise the team's analytical ceiling

Who you are

8–12+ years in FP&A;, strategic finance, or business operations in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or enterprise GTM
Deep fluency in B2B GTM metrics: CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline velocity, magic ratio, gross margin
Proven track record building financial infrastructure across GTM, Legal, Product, and Treasury
Hands‑on experience with deal desk, pricing, and AR management
