We are looking for an experienced Senior Middle-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing team

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that support our software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to automate processes, improve deployment reliability, and ensure operational excellence. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior engineers, drive DevOps best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions that enable rapid and reliable software delivery.

The selected candidate will have 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering

Duties and Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on‑premises infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Build,



maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and automated software delivery
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes
- Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Kubernetes environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and deployment strategies
- Implement and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Ensure infrastructure complies with security best practices and organizational standards
- Perform capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity improvements
- Lead incident response activities, root cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews
