We are seeking skilled project managers for our power electronics & emotor team to join our dynamic team located in Valladolid.

If you are a project manager with power electronics and/or emotor background with a passion for hybrid vehicle technology, hands‑on experience, and a desire to contribute to the evolution of sustainable transportation, we encourage you to apply. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and customer Design System and suggest optimizations
- Ensure the robustness of the product / process design.
- Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysis, commodity buyers, etc




- Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
- Suggesting technical solutions
- Signing of plans by team leader delegation
- Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM)
- Quality Documentation
- Quality and Planning of Tooling Go Ahead
- Initiate technical Documentation

YOUR PROFILE:

- We are looking for engineers withs different levels of experience:
-
- Junior Level: No prior experience is required; recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Specialist Level: minimum of 2 years of experience in battery development.
- Senior Level: Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in battery development.
- Bakground in some of the following areas:
-
- Power electronics
- E-motors
- Languages: Spanish and English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable
- Availability to travel frequently (10% time) to the clients' facilities.
