We are seeking a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to lead strategic partner relationships, oversee operational programs, and expand our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on managing existing and new Partnerships, driving and expanding the Revenue Recovery Program, and working cross-functionally to maximize partner engagement and business growth.The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in account management, strategic partnerships, online brand protection & IP, and operational oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Existing Partnerships (20%) Own and nurture relationships with Existing Partners, ensuring alignment with yearly plans, goals, and KPIs. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, including onboarding, ongoing support, and performance tracking, ensuring they are engaged and maximizing the value of our collaboration. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to execute partnership strategies and support client needs.Business Development (20%)



Identify new partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth and enhance our product offerings. Develop go-to-market strategies with new partners, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Negotiate and structure commercial agreements, ensuring they align with company objectives. Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic growth areas.Revenue Recovery Program (60%) Oversee Operations for the Revenue Recovery Program , managing vendors and internal teams responsible for onboarding, detections, validations, and evidence production. Act as the primary contact for our legal partner, ensuring smooth execution and communication. Support new client acquisition for the Revenue Recovery Program by collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams.
