The Team
Our Risk Operations team is responsible for enabling safe, balanced, and scalable merchant growth, acting as a first line of defense through strong compliance standards, effective transaction monitoring, and continuous merchant risk assessment across the entire lifecycle. Operating in a fast‑paced environment, the team works closely with Compliance, Sales, and Customer Operations,



playing a key role in protecting the business from financial, regulatory, reputational, and compliance risks while supporting sustainable growth.

We are looking for a Risk Analyst to take on end‑to‑end risk management across the merchant lifecycle, including KYC/KYB onboarding, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews. In this role, you will ensure every merchant is properly assessed at entry and continuously re‑evaluated based on behaviour, activity, and evolving risk signals, detecting and escalating suspicious activity, assessing financial and business risk, and helping prevent fraud and compliance breaches. You will balance speed, quality, and sound judgment in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment, adapting to shifting priorities while driving consistent, high‑quality risk decisions.
