The RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who isn’t satisfied with “good enough.” You’ll be the voice,



the problem-solver, and the guide for our riders and dealer partners around the world.
This isn’t a job for someone who wants routine. It’s for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, loves speaking directly with customers, and wants to play a direct role in shaping how people experience the motorcycle of the future. When riders push our bikes to the limit, you’ll be there to make sure the experience is flawless. When dealers face a challenge, you’ll provide them with knowledge, tools, and confidence.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of defense for our customers and dealers, solving mechanical,
